"I remember that day so vividly. It started subtly, just a knot in my stomach, but by mid-afternoon, it had escalated into a full-blown panic. My heart was pounding like a drum, I felt a terrifying sense of dread, and it was like I couldn't get enough air into my lungs. It came out of nowhere, really, after a stressful meeting at work. I just suddenly felt like something terrible was about to happen, an almost irrational fear that I was going to die right there. My hands were clammy, but my face felt flushed and hot. I was pacing, couldn't sit still, and my mind was just racing with 'what ifs.'
